Home Cash Business, HCB, Candace Mongiello SCAM, takes order, never delivers product, gives bogus tracking information for shipment Smithfield North Carolina
Placed an order for a screen printer to do shirts for our school. I have been speaking with Candace at HCB - Home Cash Business for well over 3 months. She called on Feb 7, 2008 and stated that they have one screen printer that can be shipped on Feb 8, 2008. I placed the order and paid. I never rec'd or could track online or by a rep with UPS so I started calling and emailing and found out that the product never shipped. I called Candace on Feb 13, 2008 and she said it will be shipped on Feb 15, 2008 that she told me wrong... I never received. I called Candace on Feb 18, 2008 along with many emails and no response.
I finally spoke with Henry - the guy in the warehouse or ??? on Feb 19, 2008 and he stated he would check to see why it wasn't shipped and I would get a call the same day. No phone calls or responses to my emails. I got a hold of Henry on Feb 20, 2008 and he stated that they had to make a part for the top of the screen printer. This was a screen printer that supposed to been complete and ready to ship on Feb 8, 2008. I finally tracked Henry down and asked for my shipping number. He gave me a number on Wednesday Feb 20, 2008. I have tracked Feb 20, 21, 22, 23rd and still it's not on the truck for shipment. He gave a bogus number per UPS.
In the meantime, they have $2400 and I have no equipment. If they are doing this to many of people, they are running off of other people's dollars to operate their company. I think they are truly running a SCAM! I have called to dispute the credit card charge and filed with BBB and etc.. BEWARE of HCB - Home Cash Business or etc.. They look like they are running several addresses...

Hello, I am Candace, and I remember this Customer, she was a very nice lady I am surprised to see this report. This Order was shipped out on February 22nd 2008. I can get documentation on this if anyone request it. There was a miss-communication about the ship date but seen as that was verbal I cannot provide documents on that. and just so it is clear .....
This company has never taken anyone's money and not shipped.

A few years ago my uncle and I invested in the 4 color 1 station press
and flash dryer. Immediately people who heard we had a machine asked us
to do projects for them. We kept at it for a year before my uncle moved
to Arizona. Him and I came up with our own line of tees that were
successful on Ebay and locally with our friends and family.Two years ago
I upgraded to a bigger machine and the maxi dryer. Business still
continued to flow steadily. Enough for me to make some extra income and
also be a part of some fun projects along the way. Finally this year I
decided to really start to get this business going by working on a
website and doing a little advertising. Keep in mind all the success so
far has come by word of mouth only. I can just imagine what will happen
with a little more energy in promoting the business. Sky is the limit!

Hello, My name is Ryan Mongiello and i am a Employee
of Home Cash Business A.K.A HCB.
I am sorry that your order didn't get out to you but during
that time our Equipment was breaking and we were back ordered
on a lot of orders.
Home Cash Business is a Family Business and wouldn't be around
if we were bogus or scammers...I personally am not is Sales so
I do not know your order but it sounds from the price to be a P#2.
We recently moved from California in 2003 and our equipment broke
during the shipment.We were trying to repair it but because it was
an old model we had to repair it ourselves with limited resources.
Again I am sorry for your order.
Candace mongiello is my sister.She is not in sales anymore but in
Shipping because we were being drowned in back orders and refunds.
I am now doing 2 jobs of Shipping AND Advertising/Promotion Because
of our Back orders.
About the tracking information I do not know how it was wrong but
everybody makes mistakes and you are the only person who thinks we
are scammers.
If we were,I repeat, we wouldn't be around and there would be a lot
more people saying so.
now our equipment is the cheapest in the market, good Quality and
we care about our customers. We are now caught up with most of our
orders.We have been improving our packages and website including a
forum.
