home depot lied and bbb regarding replacing new wood floor Internet
I paid 3500 dollars for a bamboo wood floor from Home Depot with jw floors as a subcontractor floor 6 months later is coming apart and all over cupping .A Home Legends inspector came to my home and told me nothing can be done to save the floor .Hd and Jw floors promised to replace my floor ,had me come to the store to pick new flooring Changed their mind after inspector's report and told me the floor had too much moisture and to wait a couple months and it will work itself back to smooth.HD had inspected my house earlier and promised me a new floor along with JWFloors. BBB has all of this documented in a report written by both HD and JW Flooring. These companies words mean nothing. The RH was 15 in and that is dry but JW Floors is telling me too much moisture in floors and no moisture report was taken before installing and wood was not acclimated properly

Home Depot and JW Floors have corrected the matter today 3/5/2013. I want to withdraw the complaint.
