11-01-2004 Tommy W. Dixon A.K.A David Kiefer was arrested for parole violation he is in Virginia beach city jail at present anyone who has had any dealings with Tommy W. Dixon please post that info below. lets keep this phony fraud behind bars where he belongs he might have used other names so anyone that has been ripped off in the Virginia area he says he is from Florida he might have used a phony I.D. his S.S.# 228-11-4793 might belong to someone else anyone who has any information please email me at above address so it can be forwarded to the authorities
