Complaint Review: Home Loan Mortgage Corporation - Hesperia California

I was contacted by Mike Padhya with Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. I used to work with Mike Padhya at a dealership so I already knew him or I should say of him.

When Mike Padhya contacted me, it was for me to work with him at Home Loan Mortgage Corporation in Brea California located at 500 South Kraemer Blvd. Suite 260, Brea, CA 92821. The corporate office is located at 11776 Mariposa Rd. Suite 103 Hesperia, CA 92345.

This company offers refinancing, line of equity etc. I had expressed to Mike Padhya that I could not work for a commission base only and that I needed a salary because I am a single mother and I need a steady income to provide for my child. Mike Padhya promised me that I would receive a salary of $3,000.00 per month whether I generated business or not and that I would receive intense training. I have never received training and I'm now being told that they do not run an academy.

I told Mike Padhya that I did not want to travel to Orange County and not make money because I have a child to support and I just could not be put in a worst financial situation. Mike Padhya stated that I was aware of his work ethics and that he would have no reason to lie and that he would give me $3,000.00 per month and that he was looking forward to having me join Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. Because I trusted Mike Padhya, I believed what he said, I had no reason to believe that he would defraud me in the manner that he did. So I accepted his offer to work for Home Loan Mortgage Corporation.

Mike Padhya told me that the owners Michael R. Daniels license number 01161607 and Craig Donald Kelleher license number 01220517 were honest people and he assured me that there was no funny stuff regarding salary and or commission and that I would be paid in a timely manner.

I am still waiting to receive intense training which was not provided and I still have not be paid my salary or my commission. I have contacted all three parties in regards to this matter and no one ever gets back to me and I am constantly put on the back burner. I have sent emails and I have left messages for Michael R. Daniels, Craig Donald Kelleher and no response.

This company (owners Michael R. Daniels and Craig Donald Kelleher) are beyond unscrupulous and they are not concerned about anything other than putting money in their own pockets. I clearly remember a visit from Michael R. Daniels when he stated that he believes in honesty and integrity and that is what he built his company on and that everyone can be happy and that he believes that everyone can be made happy.

So I ask, if this is true why am I getting the run around? Funny enough as I am typing this up, Michael R. Daniels calls me to state that Mike Padhya will work things out with me and that he does not have a contract with me. How convenient!! I never received a contract and when I was asked about a contract I was told by Craig Donald Kelleher that Mike Padhya would take care of it and if Mike Padhya didn't take care of it he would. I still have yet to receive this contract. My belief is that now they are trying to grab on to this so that they don't have to pay me. We may have not had a written contract but we had a verbal contract.

I just got off the phone with Mike Padhya and he stated that I threatened to sue and go to the Labor Board per his conversation with Craig Donald Kelleher, which is a bold face lie. This clearly shows that Craig Donald Kelleher is a liar because I never said such a thing nor did I email threatening to do so and perhaps I should since Mike Padhya has given me the idea to do so.

Mike Padhya admitted to me that he was pissed at me because I broke rank and that if he did not want to pay me he would not because Michael R. Daniels and Craig Donald Kelleher have the integrity to let him do things the way he sees fit and the reason why I was not getting anywhere with either of them was because they did not want to deal with me.

This is amazing coming from an owners who supposedly care about people. Also, Mike Padyha stated that Michael R. Daniels called him on July 25, 2006 and said he wanted me to get off his back and Craig Donald Kelleher was wondering why I would call him, I explained to Mr. Kelleher the reason why I was calling and he still wonders why I called him. What is wrong with this picture. Michael R. Daniels as well as Craig Donald Kelleher tells everyone at the office that they are only a phone call a way and that if there is anything that either one of them can do to help to let them know but when I call them it is a different story.

I truly hope that anyone who reads this will learn from my horrifying experience not to trust Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. They promise a quick response but that does not happen. US Mortgage Solutions refuses to do business because it took Home Loan Mortgage over a week to get an approval. So that wholesale account was a loss.

Also, for the wholesale side to get a broker approver Home Loan Mortgage Corporation you must go to their website at HLMC.com and down load the Broker package and your supposed to be approved in one to two business days. It took them two weeks or more to approve a broker. This is so ridiculous. This by far has been the worst work experience of my life.

The purpose of this is so that no one else is mislead by Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. I hope that this will help anyone who is thinking of joining Home Loan Mortgage or conducting business with them. PLEASE BEWARE!!
