I am going to provide only a factual response to this otherwise ridiculous posting. 1. The fact that you were in foreclosure because you failed to pay your mortgage as agreed is accurate. 2. The fact that Home Mortgage Solutions provided the funds to your mortgage company to prevent your foreclosure is accurate. 3. Home Mortgage Solutions filed numerous Dispossessory Warrants due to your subsequent non-payment. Therefore, your statement that you were honoring your obligations and all was working well is inaccurate as evidenced by the publically available records of the Muscogee County Magistrate Court. 4. The fact that your contract was transferred to Hines Investments is accurate. This was in accordance with the provisions of your signed and notarized contract. 5. I received no response is accurate, as you were provided written notification by both Home Mortgage Solutions and Hines Investments, not to mention being served by the Muscogee County Sherriff regarding your non-payment on an almost monthly basis. 6. The contract was deemed to be null and void is inaccurate. Attorneys do not have the authority to void a contract. 7. Reginald Hines is illusive is accurate. The very next sentence of your posting states that his attorneys have contacted you regarding your default. In summary, the common denominator with the problems that you have encountered with your first mortgage company, Home Mortgage Solutions, and Hines Investments is your failure to honor very clear, written agreements and then to blame others.
