Even after your thirty days call and tell them that you will dispute the charges if they don't refund your money. They are REQUIRED to refund your money that you should receive within 3-5 business days. As a sidenote, if the connection is bad then you're talking to someone in the Phillipines and try and call back. Their business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-9pm Eastern Standard Time. I would wait until 9AM Mountain Standard Time to call because you'll get someone in the United States 90% of the time. DON'T FORGET TO FOLLOW UP. If not, dispute the charges with your bank, or call with the bank rep on the phone and get it reversed. Confirmation numbers that they provide are BOGUS and random, so don't bother asking for one.
