Blake Krumme, Mike Zaneh and Denise Williams maintain there same desks and the companies change around them 7 times in the last year. Many of the owners and managers never use their real names. This shows their consciousness of guilt. One of the owners girlfriends runs in and works remotely. When she comes in she does not use her real name and has a look on her face like she just robbed a bank. The company brings in new employees and tells them as case managers they cannot be paid until the bank agrees to a modification for the client. This is the federal Martian law and it states no one not even a lawyer may collect any money until the bank or investor agrees to a loan modification. The employee case manager works and is never paid as the company processes very view loan modifications only about of the cases they take. The managers and owners know they are breaking the martial law. They use to not pay case managers while they cokkect on average $5,000 in fees from each customer with most not recieving anything of value. If fact they do a lot of damage by misinforming desperate homeowners. Ther are over a thousand complaints on the ripoffreport.com website alone if you just enter REMEDY.
Then when you start to enter the names of all the other people and companies the numbers go thru the roof of the customers and employees who have been taken advantage of. The owner Mike Zadeh brags the company makes over a million dollars every month. What is truly unbelieveable is LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS LET IT GO ON THIS LONG. The newport Beach Police Department was summoned recently and had to TAZER an employee who was ripped off. IT is said by employees there in the parking lot the owner of the building is in on all the scam companies going on there. The building has armed gards with only numbers on all the offices and no names. When the armed gard is asked if there are any attornies in the building he laughs and says only lawfirms.
