home remedy group dennis serna was supposed to modify mortgage loan as i am in forclosure now .paid them 4,500 dollars and them have not done anything to help ,their phone has been disconected. for 3 weeks now i have been trying to get in touch with them newport beach California
i am writing this to warn people about remedy law group do not do any kind of business with this company. back in january had to pay them4,500 dollars to try to save my house that me and my 3 daughters are living in. i have spoken to them maybe 3 times since then. they assured me everything looked good for my modification. since that time have recieved 3 different notices from 3 different banks that they sold my mortgage. ive tried to get a hold of dennis serna and the remedy center for the last 3 weeks to a message saying their having phone problems. they took my income tax money that was being used to save my house

Hello Rip Off Report Readers,
FYI WE DONT DO LOAN MODIFICATIONS!!!!
IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE UP FRONT FEES FOR LOAN MODIFICATIONS!!!!
I have no ties to Home Remedy Center or the "OLD" Home Remedy Group.
Obvously they have issues/complaints with their clients and WE DO NOT!
As the Owner of the Home Remedy Group I would like to inform you the public that we are a new company with new owners, employees and happy customers. We have no relation absolutely what so ever to the company that has had complaints and problems with the rip off report. As the owner of a new professional company that believes in happy clients I have no problem reinforcing my statements with facts and paperwork.
The old Newport Beach, Ca company from years ago again has absolutely no affliation with me or my company.
I thank you for your time and ask you to please do your homework and do not punish me, my hardwork and sucess by someone else's actions.

California attorney Andrew D. Weiss is the lawyer behind the remedy scam. They have a special fund with the CALIFORNIA BAR ASSOCIATION for people like you he has RIPPEDOFF.
