THE BEGINNING AND RISE OF HOME SAFETY MODIFICATIONS, LLC. 10/03/2008 I received a personal request from_______________who works at Webster Bank Commercial Lending at 301 Main Street, Danbury, Ct. 06810. He gave me the name of Mr. ______ and asked me if I could help this man secure a mortgage in the amount of approximately 2 million dollars to pay off a loan of about 1 million and a second privately held mortgage of $665,000.00. In the following months I was in direct contact with ____________, a LO for _________________. Eventually through conversations he told me that for ppl who don't qualify for a re-fi or whatever,they refer the client to a company called Franklin Mortgage Modifications. I called and left several messages for this company who never returned my calls. I figured,.they probably have too much business. Still not understanding this new type of business, I did nothing. Then one day I googled loan modification and I found a website for The Modification Center. I went to the site and realized that the owner of the site was a mortgage company. I called and spoke to Rick __________, who told me he was in Hawaai on vacation and to just fax the info to a #. I did, with the attn: to Rick _____. They faxed me back saying they had no one named Rick ______, but to call them. I called and they said the client didn't qualify cuz they were not up-side down. But if I wanted to sign on to go to ________website and register. I then asked questions as to if I was going to send clients, I didn't want to sound stupid to my clients as to how The Mod. Center did bus,Rick _______________told me everything as to how to do this. I then called Rick again,_____ and he freely gave me the info on how to do a modification and how they got the bank to pay them. I told Don Troiano, my then employer, how to do Mods. I suggested that with my knowledge we could do this ourselves. He was overjoyed that I thought of this and offered that we should become equal partners in this venture. I agreed and he thanked me for thinking this up and doing the due diligence to figure this out. Then I found a site,www.foreclosurefish.com who is a mod. Co. I went to them under the auspices that I was a homeowner who was delinquent. They are a lawyer-based company and ____________ was more than pleased to tell me about the RIFFEA guidelines that were violated when it was the mortgage broker who ordered the appraisal. All this info was shared by myself to J.D., C.S,, and B.Z. _________, in the presence of Don Troiano on or about Sept. 26, 2008 in the presence of R.S. At the meting on or about sept 26, 2008, I suggested to the team that I believed that we could get the gov't to use our guidelines to write into fed law. Some ppl didn't think I was right, but after disclosure to me by Don Troiano, resulting from a call to his friend R.C. of JP Morgan/Chase on Oct. 2nd, 2008 , it became clear that Mr. C believed that we could achieve my objectives. Now I find myself in the position of Mr. Troiano attempting to take all the credit for this new business model and still we don't have a signed agreement as to everything that was my intellectual property to begin with.
