Home Solutions Group Loan Modification Comapany. MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF Huntington Beach California
Home Solutions Group is a HUGE RIP OFF! Loan Modification SCAMMERS!!!
I have many FORMER clients as a result. This company promises to fix desperate homeowners mortgages and ge them modified.
They should be shut down for false advertising and as a result, 3 of my clients have lost their homes.
They are totally NOT qualified to process Loan Modifications. Everyday their affiliates are screaming at them for something. They just "YES" their affiliates to death and have no idea what they are doing. The yhave had over 30 negotiators working for them in less than 1 year.
They loose many homes or just cant do what they promise, oh ya they do not guarantee their work either!
They are very good at lying. Eric, Joe, Noah, And Brian... Stay Away from these smooth talking LYARS!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY! JUST OUT TO TAKE HOMEOWNERS MONEY.

As president of Home Solutions Group, I know how much an accusation like this can hurt the company. So I have to take these accusations seriously, no matter how baseless they may be. We suspect that the writer of the posting is a disgruntled employee we had to let go for causing some of the very problems written in this false accusation. None of our affiliates would know the names of the entire sales team, simply because they typically correspond with one sales person, and sometimes a manager. Please allow me to rebut some of these ridiculous statements: We do not guarantee our files We guarantee files where the homeowner stands a very good chance of receiving a modification that will allow them to stay in the home. If a file has a weaker chance, we will not guarantee the results. The homeowner is aware and they decide if they would like to continue with a modification with us. At present we guarantee most of our files, simply because we refuse to attempt modifications on weaker cases. We can't do what we promise We are very experienced in knowing the likely outcome of a modification. A modification will not get through our underwriting department if it has very little chance of getting modified by the lender. We are good at lying Give us a call. We will give you an honest assessment of your situation. We will not recommend you to stop paying your mortgage payments (a tactic used by less reputable loan modification companies, that does nothing more then ensure they get paid). And finally, as is the nature of the business, homes are sometimes lost. This is a result of the homeowner's inability to pay their mortgage payment, and never a result of Home Solutions Group's work on the modification. We are seeking legal counsel to uncover the identity of auther who wrote this.
