We have had nothing but trouble since homecomings bought our mortage from the original company. We had gotten a little behind and signed a repayment agreement with them and 5 days later they sold our house. After letting them know that what they had done was illegal our repayment plan back in effect. Although I called their lawyers to find out that they were trying to resend the sell without us finding out what had happened. They had failed to notify the attorneys of the agreement.

After this they constantly send foreclosure notices, saying that they haven't recieved our payment. Our payment are sent Western Union and I have the copies, but the payment weren't being posted to our account, everytime this happened the repayment agreement was broken (not by us, we had the reciepts). Now they say we have broken 8 or 9 agreements with them.

Our payment is 653.00 and we have been paying 850.00 for over a year. they also did not pay our homeowners insurance until after it was cancelled and I recieved a letter about not having any insurance.

I have asked for a payment history and gotten nothing, when I asked what I still owed on my repayment plan I was told that They would have to contact their lawyers and let me know.

I have now paid all this extra money and they say I still owe them 10 Payments and will be paying $850.00 for another almost 2 years, when I only owed 5 payments to begin with.

Our house is listed as a forclosure and our credit is ruined. We had a lender to buy the house from Homecomings and they would not provide the needed paperwork for us to refinance and get out from under them.

We love our home but we are doomed, because another company sold our mortage to them, this should not be allowed to begin with.

And in all honesty they will continue until they get our home, which at 850.00 might not be very long, since there seems to be no end to this!

My home went into foreclosure because my ex husband did not keep up with the payments- little did I know that there are ways to prevent this and a good real estate lawyer will be able to help- there are also goverment programs to help people like you who have been ripped off by a mortgage company- just a matter of looking- yes i agree that what they are doing is wrong and this rosemary person is just as shady as the company- Don't listen to Rosemary- Just get a lawyer!
