Our Bankruptcy was dicharged in Nov 05 In january we wanted to refinance with another company to get better interest rate. paying 13.5 at Homecomings. report still 4400.00 in areage. We called Homecomings they said trustee had not sent it. We called trustee they sent copy of ck no. and when cashed. plus his discharge report showing all was paid.

Homecomings said they would have to do an internal audit which would take 6-8wks. Started in Feb. Called in April, not done but some adjustments being done on account, so just about done.

June went to another company to refinace credit report still showing 4400.00 in arearage. Called Homecomings first audit had been canceled started another one in May. June 10 conferance call with new company and Homecomings still in arears . Monthly payments current up through May 06. Did not make a payment in June or July because we were refinanceing. Homecomings did not give new company correct information because of the May audit which by now was also canceled.

Started audit in July which would take 24-48hrs. Two wks later its done money was always where it was suppose to be but now were six months behind on payments which we arent and their going to forclose on our property. All a bunch of lies, coverup, deceit, never get the same answer twice.

we were refinancing with another company, all the paper work was done even had the payoff from homecomings. other company would not accept it because it showed last pay was may of 2006 next due date dec of 2005.... we he called them they said that they had may payment . but did not explain or change the next due date. this other company had ask for and recieved 3 payoff statements which were identical except for the date they were drew up... homecomings first said it would take 2-3days for one then it went to 5-7days. we was to have the closing on june 20 that why we did not make the payment. then the audit which was in the beginning 6-8wks was now suppose to only take 24-48hrs. of couse it took two wks. with their stalling we had also missed july payment. the 4400 they were looking for in the audit showed up finally then were told that we had missed 4 payments in 2005 and our receipts say differant. try to expain that to them. july we were in forclosure so we could not send any until we filled out packet which we have and sent the first installment of 1100. were still trying to find the 4 we missed in 2005 and if we do we will let you know.

Save your home? I must not be following the story correctly. You said that you were trying to refi the house, that the payments were current as of May 2006. Then you said that you didn't make June and July's payments because of the refi. Why would you not make payments when you were trying to get another loan? Then we come to a letter sent saying that you were 7 months behind. I think we need a few more details in order to really understand what's going on here.

We recieved a letter from homecomings loan resolution dept stating we should contact them at once so we could save our home july 24 2006. we called the same day. Stephanie owens said they would send us a financial packet to fill out and send back to them to see if we qualify for the program. We called july 27 homecomings could not talk to us until we recieved the packet and sent it back to them. We recieved the packet filled it out and sent it back. aug 4 we called again. Homecomings said they had recieved the packet but would take 3or 4 days to review. I called again on the 7 of august and talked to our account manager jasmine. She told me she had reviewed the file and where our monthly payment was 533. A month and we had to pay for seven month back payments plus insurance our payments would be 1110.64 for the next 12 months. Jasmine said that I would have to call a credit counseler and that they would report back to her to see if we could afford the pay aggreement. I called auriton solutions which was the company that jasmine had given me. I was told that we could not afford the 1110 a month but we did have enough money to work out an agreement and that she would send her report to jasmine and one to me. Aug 8 2006 I was faxed a repayment agreement to sign and fax back first payment due on aug 8 2006. jasmine had not looked at the credit couseler report or ignored it. So if were late on one payment the foreclosure will continue.. Homecomings just want our house and we are looking into another chapter 13. Bbut who says that we wont have the same mess when it is discharged!
