To Emma, I went through this same ordeal. Now this isn't easy. The one thing to do first right away is find a housing authority. Mine was st. Paul housing Authority and Urban Development. Tell them you can't get in contact with the company and you need help they provide counselers to assist people in these types of situations. The minute i contacted the housing authority, Homecomings got ahold of me right away.I was to emotional from going through what you are i never contacted the housing authority again even after they told me to come in and they would help me.I was to ashamed and emotionally distraught. I fought this on my own three times it was hard. you need to make a urgent appointment with them because homecomings wont contact you again. You need to keep calling every day anything that has homecomings financial in the title call that number even if your not sure its them. Yellow pages, look on the internet ect... there is quite a few numbers to different branches It takes awhile but you should get through. There will be letters sent to you in the mail from foreclosure specialists stating what they can do to Help!! Stop Foreclosure Now!! I used this as a last resort he charged me $900.00 .What they do is sit down talk to you why your behind ,and they have you right homecomings and explain your situation and have you sign a payment arrangement of a payment and a half until your caught up they don't gaurentee this.I called the next morning and told him i got a loan i wont need his assistence. He Replied, "well you lost the $900.00 dollars but look at it this way you still got your house. cold as ice and i thought i could trust him he was 76 years old. Don't give up Emma Keep calling!!!
