In April of 2005 I purchased my 1st home. I was to have 1 mortgage only, but at the closing I was told I had to have a 2nd mortgage to cover the remainder that my 1st mortgage didnt cover. Also I was to have no cash out of pocket expense but at the closing I had to have $500.00 plus another $300.00 down for (good faith payment). I agreed but with some resistance.

At last I owned my own home. Payments were $497.00 on 1st, and $154.00 on the 2nd. Payments were made. In February of 2006 I suffered multiple heart attacks and had to have quad truple heart bypass surgery. I was out of work from April 2006 thru August 2006 with my boyfriend helping as much as he could. The payments were sometimes late, but were made. I paid the late fees ect.

I got phone calls from Homecomings daily, multiple times daily and told them each time when payment would be made. Also told them of my medical condition each and every time as they somehow didnt know why I was late. Each time I talked with them, I told them of my situation, my heart attack and surgery, and they always said they would make note of it, but never did.

3 weeks ago I was reading our newspaper and here was my home for sale on the court house steps, FORECLOSURE SALE. It was a few days later I got a letter from an attorney stating my home was being foreclosed upon. I got ahold of Homecomings and was told I needed to send $1800.00 for prepayment. The next day I was told in my letter that it went up to $2000.00 and that I would have to make payments now of $750.00 until July of 2007.

My credit report will show that I am in foreclosure until July of 2007, even with me making these larger payments, per western union and it will be bad for my credit. My credit score was 800+, but after Homecomings now it is right at 500. Also, Homecomings said that my Heart attack and Quad truple heart bypass surgery WAS NOT considered a hardship. hELP!! wHO DO i CALL? cAN ANYONE HELP?....iM ONLY 40 YEARS OLD HERE.

Have finally gotten a statement from the thieves, and hmmmmmmmm, whats this?? Seems a few of my larger payments last year never were posted to my account. Better yet, never received at Homecomings Financial. My personal bank statement says the checks I wrote to "Homecomings Financial" have been cleared and paid. Looks like so far over $2000.00 ... Hey Homecomings Financial,,,Wheres my money? !!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!
