Just purchased our home 1 year ago last Friday, and already have not experience good customer services from Homecomings. We are wanting to refinance, but not with them. Don't believe that employee they dont give a d**n about the customer!

I, too, am experiencing these same problems. Have you noticed all the things they "can't" do? I am trying to refinance to get away from these people, and they are doing everything they can to delay or defeat this intention! Notice the Employee Rebuttals???? They are all canned comments. They won't call you back because they are "an inbound call center only". If there is a class-action suit, I want in. I don't even HAVE an escrow account with them, and my payments went up over $200! An interest increase of over 6% on a loan with a 1% annual cap!
