Homecomings Financial scam takes house that owe 45000 but praise for higher Ripoff Dallas Texas
High I would like to help others in my position. I am now fighting forecloser with homecomings. They would not work with me at all i had a chance to acctually pay them off and be out from under them completely. Theyb would not work with ameriquest at all. It was so bad the ameriquest representative got frustrated himself. I only owe 43500 on my house but it praises for 71000. I tried to work with them several times. They homecomings even told me too fax them some stuff they wanted to work with me in reality i did not listen contacted a foreclosuer laywer and shortly after the papers were faxed. I was right on they were just buying time to get my house.
Then they was supposed to be paying taxes on the house. I recieved a paper from the proscuter talking about 2003 and 2004 taxes. My first payment was not missed till mar 2003 while I was being shipped to IRAQ the next payment was missed may 2004 while i was trying to get back to work after coming home from IRAQ so it doesnt matter what hardships you are delt they will not work with you. please if you can help please cotact me. thank you
