I also am interested in any action that will stop Homecomings tactics. We are NOT late, have paid our December payment by Western Union on 11/29, and have received notice today that we've been Foreclosed on with NO reasoning offered and have been offered a Keys For Cash Settlement Offer. By no means will we do that without putting up a fight first, starting Monday with seeking legal advice. Feel free to contact me with any info:

I would like to know more about the law suit you are working on? I have filed my complaint on here and I am ready to do something. I have contacted 2 attorneys about Homecomings and have not gotten very far. Here is what my main complaints are : Homecomings did not pull a complete title search on my property. We had liens on our home from my brother-in-law since 1998, so Homecomings isn't even the first lien holder on our property. They did not send an attorney to close our loan. In the state of South Carolina an attorney has to be present. They also do not have a title commitment on my home, which my attorney could not believe. There is for sure more, but those are a few besides the outragous payment I am paying now b/c I can't refinance b/c of my liens. Please let me know what I can do,I am more than willing to go forward from here. I am 60 days behind at this time, almost 90...I can not pay these high payments they keep raising on me. Please feel free to respond to me at [email protected]. Wish you luck and look forward to hearing from you.
