I signed up for a “30 day” property report plan May 31, 2016. Thirty days as I had only one property to investigate as a favor for a family member; it was his property. Unnoticed by us they, HOMEINFOMAX.COM, had been charging us $14.99 for the month to month plan ever

 

since; thats 5 additional months. If you look at the plans offered on their signup web page there are two 30 day plans 1 is 30 days only and 1 is 30 day reoccurring. They are located two columns apart and I know which one I subscribed to. I thought at last someone was doing it right by

 

not forcing you to unsubscribe. But that’s the con! They only have a voice mail phone number as can be noted on the bottom of their “Contact Us” Web Page so I called and left a message but didn’t get a response. I thought then at least they would stop charging me but they didn’t so I

 

sent them an E-mail when my wife noticed the latest charge but even then I received no response. So I had to contact my bank and have the overcharges reversed and new credit card issued. There 30 day 1 time plan is a scam and they didn’t even bother to respond when I told

 

them out right what I was going to do about it.
