My daughter and I put down 3,000$ a piece to order a home. We were told if financing wasn't approved or if we changed our mind- WE WOULD GET OUR $ BACK! WE NEVER did!!!! Do NOT give this company or any company like this any $. It is a scam and DAVE, BROCK, or JOHN are rip off artists!!!! They do not return phone calls anf they hang up on you!! It is hard to believe they send people up to a manufacturing company in North Carolina and tell you all sorts of things and then disappear! DO NOT use this company!!!!!
