I have gotten some helpful information about Homeq as well as all servicers like Homeq. I found an article and an legal aid attorney that fights and wins foreclosures with servicers because they do NOT own the Mortgage, they are just servicers. Do a search for the attorney April Charney in Jacksonville Florida, she is a legal aid lawyer and shes seems to be winning. I orginally found out about her from an article in Forbes Magazine dated June 1, 2007. The article was written by Barnard Condon. Everyone can find it in the Yahoo Personal Fianance link that way. The article title is "Paper Chase, You're in luck. Your mortgage lender has flipped, sliced and diced your loan--and now no one knows who holds it". I hope this is a help to everyone.
