Before signing on as a property preservation contractor with Homestar Property Solutions, llc, I had 3 years previous property preservation experience and 8 years experience in related property preservation/home repairs.

My agreement regarding payment for services completed was 45 day net. My first work order was issued and completed in March of 2014. In the contractor portal it has been declared completed and PAID.

HOWEVER......it's now October 1, 2014 and I have still not received payment for this work order. A total of $761

I completed 2 other work orders in March of 2014 and received payment for these two work orders after 45 days.

I completed the final work order in May of 2014. I received payment after 4 MONTHS. 

I emailed, called and left messages with Ben Hincke. The following is the last resonse from Homestar and Ben Hincke:

"The work you did at ____________was for a client who has not yet paid us. What I've been told is that we cannot advance funds on their behalf until we start to receive payments. As we start to receive payments we will be forwarding them to our vendors. If I get any updates from management about this I will pass them on to you."

I did not agree to "you'll get paid when we get paid.
