Hometown Paint and Restoration Norman Keith Pegram Fraudulently accepted money to perform a job at my home, then never started he work. Burlington North Carolina
This individual, Norman "Keith" Pegram, operating under the business name "Hometown Paint and Resoration" quoted a job for me at my residence. The work was o include pressure washing and staining my deck. He accepted money from me for materials, the stain, and labor for pressure washing. This was the middle of June 2013. He advised he would complete the job within two weeks. The rest of the money was to be paid upon completion of the job. A month went by, of couse I was calling him during this period to get status. Finally he called my back and begged my forgiveness. I told him to just do the job as quoted. I never heard from him again. This guy had done satisfactory work for the medical practice that I manage prior to me hiring him for the job. I advise anyone thinking of using this joker stear clear of him. I consider this man a thief. Again...Norman Keith Pegram. He grew up near Snow Camp, North Carolina.
