SmartNote pays Biweekly

That makes sense.

Actually Bell Honda enrolled me in SmartNote biweekly payment plan. It pays biweekly on Wednesday. Thank you for your clarification.

Recently I am very unhappy on Bell Honda's delaying cancelling MPP Platinum Plus package. I have cancelled that in August 2012 and by now my money still not get refunded. It takes maximum 3-6 weeks to cancel a package (as mentioned by Bell Honda staff), but Bell Honda has not honored the agreement.

I will not buy any cars from Honda again. Businesses are based on agreements, if one party cannot honor them, this party lose all respect and credibility in doing any business. Honda spends years to build up the brand and reputation, but ruined by its own dealers. Before I regards Honda dealers as respectful business men, right now, they are just those who cannot honor agreements and selling crap packages which has nothing to do with Honda the big brand.

In Japan, if one cannot honor agreement, customer may not know until have business with him. Once found out, trust me, no one respects him. In Japan, honesty in business is far more expense than a person's life. Smartness without honesty means end of business.

No, the interest rate is fixed, the interest payment changes over time

The interest rate stays the same; however, the actual interest paid (in dollars) is based on the amount of remaining principal balance on which the interest is charged for the number of days the payment is outstanding.

As you pay down your loan each month, the amount of interest paid, in dollars, decreases because your outstanding balance is reducing each month. That is how simple interest loans work. It is a little more difficult to tell with your schedule because you don't pay on the same date every month. Consequently some of the periods between payments are 30 days some are more than 30 by a day or two. Run an amortization schedule from a trusted website and you will see how that works. If you are looking for a level interest payment than that is a different type of loan. You have actually a good type loan where the rate is fixed, but the dollar amount decreases each month as long as you pay on time.

FYI, you can reduce the amount of interest you pay substantially by paying additional principal payments each month so your loan is paid off much faster. (If you want to do that, each dollar over the payment amount is applied to your principal balance, but you have to designate the payment toward principal. Talk to your banker, they can show you how that works.)

FIXED Annual interest is FLUCTUATING

#4Author of original report

Read the statements and you can see interests paid are FLUCTUATING. WHY?

I have agreement with Bell Honda that the annual interest is FIXED. Why so many confusing things going on? only one reason: overcharging.

I have totally lost confidence in Honda: Dealers selling third parties' crap parts like (SKY LINK, MPP and remote starter which has nothing to do with Honda) and financial guys play all kinds of tricks like compounding time, fluctuating interests.

Further more, I have cancelled the MPP Platinum Plus package since August 2012, and those money has not be refunded and reflected it in Honda Financial Services. I went to Bell Honda about 7 times and simply could not get the answer.

The MPP Platinum Plus package is useless: I have my windshield cracked and filed a claim, those guys simply ignored my claim for months. So I cancelled it, and could not get my money back!

If Bell Honda are not cheaters and liars, why they are not honoring agreement and refunded my money back in August 2012?

If Honda Financial are not cheaters and liars, why the fixed interests are fluctuating?

Please don't play those compound interest tricks, stick to the agreement!
