The Service is so Bad that they should be doing prison time; I asked to speak with a Licensed Loan Officer but they weren't available (I basically don't think any of them have a Loan Calculator or a License.  They act as a "Front" for their scam "bait and switch" Dealerships that do some of the scam, predatory loans up front.  I was able to get to a manager to cancel one of the scam maintenance/service/warranty loans but they didn't even do that correctly and I argued for weeks with them...until they eventually stole the "piece of s**t" car.  If they were competent and just bought the car back...that would have been okay.  Instead they are Incompetent Loan Scam Criminals and Thieves needing a good horse whipping.

Feel free to 'Google' this- AUTO LOAN CALCULATOR, and go to the related websites in order to figure out a car payment prior to visiting a car dealership.

Example: Trixy wants to purchase a new Honda Fit. She knows that the M.S.R.P. for the Honda Fit is $17,420.00 and her tax rate where she lives is 7.3%. Trixy wants to finance the total balance over 60 months with no money down. She also knows that the dealer handling fee is $399. Trixy visited her credit union prior to going into the dealership and was approved for 4.9% financing. She knows that her payment will be exactly $359.39 per month because she went to the auto loan calculator BEFORE going into the dealership.

$17,420.00 (price of car without any discount)

$1,271.66 (sales tax)

$399.00 (dealer handling fee)

$19,090.66 (total amount financed)

*Everyone in the USA can do this prior to going into a car dealership. It would save Americans billions of dollars in unnecessary extended warranties that are usually put into the car deal, along with higher interest rates that are charged by the dealer, because car dealers make money on the financing if the customer is not an educated buyer.

WELCOME TO THE CAR BUSINESS IN AMERICA- WE ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE EVERY DAY IN AMERICA BECAUSE MOST CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO 'GOOGLE'
