Michael Hull, Laura Magana I bought an internet based GPS tracking distributorship, and mailer programs to sell the devices. Over $6000.00 spent on advertsing though Horzon Tech. and not a single sold unit. Tempe Arizona
I responded to an add I was sent in the mail about an Internet work from home bussiness. I was told to check out the web site which had an excerpt of a special on the Discovery Channel about the bussiness. Then I was told I needed to buy a unit plus open a web site. The membership was a total cost on 7/27/2006 of $2404.00 I did not sell any units, and when I spoke with the coach the following month, they convinced me nothing could be donr without their mailer program which was billed to me for $2100.00. Nothing ever happened after another call in April this year they said we have a better mailing campaign. This was a very successfull campaign $1500.00 more, and the sales would pour in. For reasons I cannot understand I gave them another chance. Still nothing. They also emailed me a list of leads which got me nothing and some came back as address unknown. I don't belive they sent any mailers out with my distributor info on them. If they sent anything it was just for their company. Other than the web site there is no evidence that they did anything but pocket the money I spent on advertising. This bussiness investment I thought I was making, turned out to be nothing but a hand out to some very clever crooked people. Don't get scammed!
