The sales person did not include/fully explain ALL of the details of the "opportunity" presented. For example, I was told that I was to be provided with a "customized" website, postcards, and brochures. After I received the products, I discovered that there was no mention of any information that would classify the products as customized (aside from the domain name for the website). When I called to get a refund (within the 30 day period), the associate told me that I could not get a refund.
On the call made on the 30th of January, 2006, I was told by another associate that I could have received a refund the first time I called and when I asked for the refund on the 30th and 31st, I was told that it was past the 30 day period and was not eligable for the refund. Every time I spoke with someone, I got a little more information from each one that would have helped me make a more informed decision from the beginning.

I would never have signed up had I've known ALL of the facts regarding this "business". Those facts were withheld. I asked for a refund within the 30 day period but was declined. I would like to have the $1020 returned to my credit card.

The BBB said that they did not receive a reply from Horizon Technologies so I think that say's it all. I would encourage everyone to stay away!
