IMPORTANT STEPS TO TAKE

The following is information on keeping track of your dealings with Horizon Technologies. Keeping accurate records is vital to any complaint you may file within the judicial system.

First, let me explain the difference between recording your telephone conversations with Horizon Technologies and wire tapping.

WIRE TAPPING: Wire tapping occurs when party A tapes a conversation between parties B & C without their knowledge.

Recording a conversation between yourself and a second party is legal and upheld by the United States Supreme Court.

Steps to take

1. Go into your back office and open up everything there and print out copies. Do this on a daily basis. (Especially the Robotic hits. These are phony hits to your site and will make up most of the "recorded hits.")

2. Tape record any conversation between yourself and Horizon Technologies.

3. Keep an accurate paper log on calls, advertising gimmics, etc.. Make sure you date and time each entry.

4. When filing a legal complaint, be sure and file not only against Horizon Technologies but the manager (if applicable) that you had dealt with. This is not your "coach" but the person your coach puts you in touch with. This manager plays a huge role in the scam and it makes him an accomplis. He or she is just as liable for the scam as is the company itself.

5. If you have not done so yet, request an immediate refund IN WRITING to Horizon Tech. Make copies for your records and send it "return receipt" via the post office.

6. File your legal complaints immediately. (Anyone can contact me for assistance in this matter.)

7. Do NOT believe anything Horizon Technologies and or their representatives tell but make accurate record of the false promises and dealings.

Folks, things are beginning to happen now and I am in it for the long haul.

More Victims of the Horizon Technology scam

#6Author of original report

Fri, March 09, 2007

So far I have received 71 emails from other victims and they are following in my footsteps with filing of complaints and with the "public" process through Tom Martino and Turko.

Please keep the responses coming. Horizon Technology is going down.

RESPONSE TO S. IN TEMPE, AZ

#7Author of original report

Tue, March 06, 2007

OTHER VICTIMS READ THIS ENTIRE RESPONSE

In response to ?S.? in Tempe, it is my considered opinion that S. is actually S.D. from Horizon Technologies.
S.D. from Horizon is a huge part of the scam that is perpetrated on unsuspecting victims.

S. asked several good questions that I will respond to in order.

1. I did agree to become a Distributor specifically (it was never termed ?reseller?) but that agreement was based on false information provided to me by Horizon Tech. Also, I found out several days later that the telephone solicitor gave me a phony name at the time of her ?sale? to me.

2. No manager verified my agreement to become a distributor.

3. Yes, I did sign an authorization form (under false pretense on the part of Horizon Tech) and which I did not received until AFTER ?my? web site was up and running and after my credit card was charged.

4. According to the agreement that I received, after my web site was up and running and after my credit card had been charged, it states that once the web site has begun no refunds will be given.

Now, here are the real issues.

1. Approximately 90% of my ?guaranteed 30,000 web site hits were made by robotics. (this is a software program installed by Horizon Tech. Or another party hired by Horizon Tech. That places a record of false ?hits? to your web site. It makes it appear that you're being visited by thousands of viewers that don't exist.)This was another $2000.00 charge.

2. They guarantee 1000 recipients' of a special flier or post card with ?my? web site information. (This was another $1400.00 charge and after two months of requesting proof of service or advertising, Horizon Tech. Was unable to provide such proof.)

3. The unit they sent me to install in my own vehicle was and is a piece of junk. It gives false readings, times of day, street names and locations. It is also not real-time and runs down your car battery when your car is turned off.

Another $400.00 charge.

Now, S. from Tempe, there is no doubt in my mind that your last name initial is D.. You are a major player for Horizon Tech. You are one of the smoothest talking liars I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. You know the old story about the bank robbers. They both got caught and were charged with bank robbery and one of them said, ?I just drove the car, the other guy robbed the bank.? Guess what S.D. of Tempe; you drove the wrong car this time for I have filed complaints not only against Horizon Tech., But you personally as well.

Complaints have now been filed by me with the following institutions;
1. BBB of AZ.
2. FBI, AZ office.
3. Internal Revenue Service.
4. The Treasury Department.
5. The County Attorney's office.
6. The City of Tempe Attorney's office.

I am also going public with all the information I have through two other sources.

1. Tom Martino (The Trouble Shooter). Tom has a syndicated radio and television show that deals strictly with scam companies and rip-offs.
www.troubleshooter.com

I urge all of those ripped off by Horizon Tech to file their complaints with Tom as well. His show is heard and seen on TV across the nation.

I also have filed a report with ?Turko?. Turko has a similar television show that exposes scams and those that perpetrate them. His contact number is 1-858-571-3453.

The more complaints he receives the harder he works at bringing down the scammers.

Anyone else who has complaints about Horizon Tech. Please contact me ASAP. I am going to bring this company down.

Jon, you have every right to your opinion. However, did you agree to the purchase to become a reseller? Did a manager verify your agreement to purchase in addition to your sales person? Did you sign an authorization form? Did you request a refund within the refund period.

Horizon has been in business for several years and has resellers all over the country. Your business purchase was just the beginning of your business. You have to work to make your business grow.
