Levi called me june of 06. told me I would make tons of money with this home based opportunity. I was conned into paying over 2,000 dollars for a gps unit,website,brochures etc. He promised we would make thousands of dollars a month selling there gps units.then three weeks later they called and told me about there mailer program.

Mike in california guarranteed we would make a minimum of $12,000 return off of our investment into the

mailer lead program .We were told that the mailer lead invest was $1,500 for 3000 mailer leads. When we got the invoice we found out that we were charged over $3,700.00 for the leads. This extra $2,200.00 was taken without our approval and permission, the company did nothing but shift us from person to person and come up with every reason why we misunderstood them.

We have requested a list of whom our mailer leads were being sent to various times, finally we recieved a list from our client coach Tracey K. whom is always seems to be to busy to reply to emails or phone calls.

The list that we recieved did not have any valid info. that could be used to make contact with the supposive prospective clients.which Mike told us there would be phone numbers on our lists, to call, because they were comparing "apples to apples".

I was wondering what on earth was going on.I have invested more than 6,000 in this. radio commercials, you name it. I was sitting here thinking why have I not got one sale?? Why all these leads I have entered, advertising, mailer leads, and no sale?? All this activity in my so called web site ( so generic).

I now know after reading all these complaints on this web site and visiting the bbb.This all a scam.They are doing wrong to all these people. Its funny cause every time I call and ask what on the earth?? they follow up with so and so has this huge sale.making thousands of dollars. you can do it quit complaining and work it.

The sad thing is I "work it" all day long, with no success.This is the biggest scam, I am completely devastated. I lost out on a real franchise, because I put so much money into this.they are total liars and thieves. They will talk you out of your life savings.

We have not made a single dime off of this investment at all and do not see how on earth it is possible for anyone to make money other than Horizon. They have gone to point of adding a long list of disclaimers on the back office site when you long on (to cover their tails), if you do not agree to the disclaimer then you will loose your distributorship without refund.

We have documented a sale that was inputted into our

back office site on 09/11/06 and commission was to be paid out on 10/11/06. due to their new cant have your commission until the 30 day money back guarrantee is up,

it is now 11/04/06 and still have not recieved any commission, it now states on our back office site that we just missed the pay out that went out at the first of the month, so it will be another 30 days.

We are in the process of contacting every major media market,ncluding Arizona to let them know of the deceptive business practices (not to mention fraud )that Horizon is operating under. We will be sending them a demand letter for the demand of our refund within 10 days of receiving the certified letter from us, depending on how Horizon responds will determine wether

or not we file a class action law suit against Horizon (we will most likely file a law suit either way to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else).

Horizon and Kristal resolved this complaint in February. There is no further action being taken. The customer signed two authorization forms for her purchase and the exact amount was paid by check. Horizon did not take any money from her account. She paid by check. Her mail campaign began. She did make commissions, her commission check was sent to her, she chose not to cash it. Horizon works to resolve any complaints. However, if a refund is not requested within the refund period, then Horizon should not have to make a refund. Can you take back a pair of shoes after you've worn them work 3mo's 6mo's or a year? Horizon requires a signed authorization form for customers purchases. All orders are fulfilled and everything is sent by FedEx or USPS and require a signature for delivery. Resellers come to visit Horizon's office regularly, they are pleased with their businesses.

Listen all victims from horizon tech. The DA is interested in what has happened. Please go to their web-site as soon as you read this and fill out a complaint.Lets put these losers out of business for good!!!!!!
