Good for you for disputing this charge! Consumers need to fight back against this scam. Once they have your number, seems like all sorts of odd little things start popping up on CC bills.... Most major credit cards offer a "one-time" use number that is good for one transaction only. It is billed on and tied to your account, but can never be used again. Even should the company try again, it will be declined. Wonderful self-defense against this type of abuse! Anyone buying through the 'Net or one of those wonderful little TV commercials should check to see if your credit card issuer offers this service. Never give anyone your banking information, either! Once they have your acct and routing numbers, all manner of things can happen! Good luck in this endeavor.
