Hot Fusion Brush Rip Off...Poor Customer Service! Wallingford Connecticut

I was given 30 days to try the product. I called customer service and they said I was being charged tomorrow! I did not receive the brush until 2/17/2016. They connected me with a supervisor who assured me they would not take any funds out until the 17 of march and I has until this time to return the brush. I didnt feel comforatble with how the call went so I decided to call back and there was no record of that supervisor even having spoken with me. The lady on the other end connected me to the wrong dept. By the time I called back they were closed. So basically I was lied to and their CS rating is a big fat zerro!!
