To start with, the old lady serving was completely arrogant and "unfriendly" to say the least. Didin't seem to have a clue on how to go about serving. Upon ordering our drinks she manifested extreme stress and unhappiness of what she does.
The food was totally disgusting, first they served us with what "they" call soup which is hot water with bouillon that was totally salty, as if the pot of salt fell into it. Then came their main dish called "pav de boeuf" which is supposed to be a good piece of beef. First of all neither of us were asked how we would like it cooked, whether medium, rare or well done. The pav de boeuf turned out to be a "pav de pierre" a piece of beef that even a saw couldn't have cut, could have been a substitute of a brick on the wall.
Needless to say that we had complained about the food. The "supposedly cook" a man came rushing out of the kitchen being totally agressive and acted in a very bizarre manner making us think that he may have either been drunk or acting under the influence of some substance....
A normal person or cook for this matter would have apologized and offered another dish. Instead this man under the name of Jo or Jonathan, son of the old lady serving went completely bezerk and agressive towards us. Asking us to get out and pay for the totality of the food that neither of us touched, given it was too hard and NOT fresh.
We then opted to call the police to file a complaint.
The man Jo or Jonathan, son of the old lady serving completely lost it, the temper was flying high threatening all of us in front of the police. Even accusing us of being "drunk" when we just had a glass of wine that was supposed to accompany our meal. But given how disgusting what was served, all we had was a glass of wine in our empty stomach.
We did pay the bill of course, that was not the issue. We go eat out to be able to "enjoy a meal" and it is well understood that it is to be paid for. However in this case, even a starved dog wouldn't have "touched" what was served.
I question as to whether this man Jo or Jonathan has any background in cooking at all as it was he who was in the kitchen.
We also had a glimpse of what they call their "kitchen" dirty dishes of at least four days all over, and the awful smell was terrible.
This man definitely need to undergo some anger management and go to some sort of rehab of some sort.
Needless to say that we got all sick and ended up throwing up not only because those people got us upset but because of the boiled salt they called soup that we unhappily tasted.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If you're looking to relax and enjoy a good meal this place is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO.
