Hotelcorp.com offered fantastic rates for hotel rooms online with an ad that said the patron would receive $100 worth of chips for a casino in las vegas. Patrons must call. When I called I was offered a great rate for a great room with great location. Chips were not available so the rep offered me free breakfast buffets & booked the reservation & charged my CC card. I was to receive an email confirmation. No confirmation was received so I called the 2nd day. Rep I talked with said they could not offer free breakfast buffets & they had my email address wrong. She offered a discount for the trouble, said she corrected my email address & would send the confirmation out right away. I finally got a confirmation on the 3rd day, but the dates were completely wrong (3 months earlier & only for 2 nights!!!!). So, I called again the 3rd day & of course the waiting times are outrageous (30minutes!). The rep I got said he could do nothing but try book new rooms at much higher rate or I could agree to attend a sales session while in las vegas for 3 days to look at purchase of Westgate resort property. The reps were extremely rude. I asked to cancel the reservation & get a refund. I booked on another sight that gave rates & confirmation immediatly!!! I have yet to see if this company will refund my Credit Card. I am worried. This is a BAD company!! I feel everything that was done was done with a plan in mind so that highter rates would be offered each time I called & perhaps I would not notice that the dates were wrong & then I would be without rooms & without my refund!!! This is a terrible company!! Ripoff all the way!!!!!!
