This is the email i sent, i did not get a refund yet.

Dear sir or Mme,

I booked a hotel room for the radisson at sabal park for the night 07/07/01.

i used hoteldiscounts.com. I paid the room but when i arrived at tampa they did not find the booking, so i had to pay again. I called customer service at hoteldiscounts.com. I spoke with "Marlo" the 07/09/01 at 12:30 pm. She told me that they are going to try to reimburse me, i should check in 10 business days.

They sent the fax to the radisson according to them. How come it did not work out?? I don't know. To verify my reservation i had to use the business room at the radisson, i was charged $7.50. I had to wait also for Mrs "sladjana" in the front desk to try to find my reservation, with no luck. Anyway, i was charged twice for the same room, i hope i will be refunded and would like to find out if the mistake comes from radisson or from hoteldiscounts.com. Thank you for your reply.
