hotwire com got ripped off by this company little rock arkansas Nationwide
prepaid car rental at hotwire com.when i arrived at thrifty rental car in little rock,i was in disbelief that i was charged $21 more.attendant told me that hw ,didint include facility charge fee on my booking .called up hw right then and there and was told by CS that they will follow up on the case.three weeks after,was told by hw that it was my fault as i asked for facility charge and i need to dispute with thrifty com,which i did,during the time of my rental .agent told me it was hw fault .so future hw clients ,please please refrain from doinmg with thic company again,no matter how low their rates are as you will und up paying more than their competitors.i am deleting my hotwire acct and will not do business with them again,even if they offer me complimentary car or hotel accomodation,as their business partners will likely me charge me ,when i arrive there!
