Household Auto Finance ripoff dishonest billing all payment going towards interest insisted of auto payment San Diego California
I purchased a 2002 Mercury Sable GS. I got finance though household auto. I didn't think much of it because I have never had the pleasure of dealing with them before. I have now had my car for about 2 1/2 years with on time payment. I had notice that my car amount still owed was not going down as it should have been so I decided to look into what was being made to car payment. I notice that each month I was making these $453.98 payment $425.00 was going to interest and very little to car payment. I was shock to know that I was not even paying car payments yet.
My car was about $18,999.00 I put $2,000.00 down on this vehicle and since have made $10,895.52 wroth of payments with my down and amount I have paid would be about $12,895.52 wroth. I want to know where is all my money going, I feel I will never get out of this car payment, I will be for ever paying off this car. But with all I have paid Household state that I owe still over $14,000. I have call them and the are the rudeist people you ever wanted to talk to. I learn on top of this I am paying too much for my car this is only wroth $280.00. this vehicle was only wroth $11,300. I am just tried of household.
