Housemasters $130,000.00 , in undisclosed major repair is to much after Housemaster inspection Joilet Montana
Housemasters inspected the house I bought , he passed things that should not have even passed like a furnace they had 3 burners out of it, had signs of water leaking inside of it, and it was in lockout mode and could not fire, also a thermostat was passed that was not even hooked up to any voltage, there for could not have passed, and this inspector gave it a perfect working condition, Window seals that were out of windows, a floor that is sagging in the middle due to undersized joists, he passed extension cord wiring in the main panel electrical box and the ground wired had been cut out along with the grounding rods, and lights that did not and have not worked , a garage that is so racked because of improper concrete pouring by home seller, that has caused garage to buckle under its own weight and is falling in, this is not even a tiny dent in the major problems with the house Housemasters inspected.
I have Over $130,000.00 dollars in major repair which i should not have discovered after the house was inspected, Housemaster says buyers should not have to move into a house and find costly major repairs,l Yeah Right that is just what happened to me , I should not have to look for another place to live, but I has told to by state & county as property. as they say property is not safe.
I called this Housemaster inspector a month after moving in, that I have don't have a working furnace, the repairman have been out 3 times to try to fix it and can't, and I told him about other problems and he blamed me for breaking these things
yeah right, I had house reinspected after I moved in and they found all Housemasters missed items and passed items as non working, I even had a structural Engineer and in his report he states this Housemaster inspector report is far from the norm of any home inspector he has even worked with, and that Housemasters alluded major issues and should not have.
I even called Housemasters headquarters after i moved in and told them about the items that did not work but passed as working condition and alot of the other issues i discovered, that should have been brought out by there Inspector and was not, I talked to Joseph Cumming about this and also Kathleen Kuhn, and they would not do anything but say oh the inspector is on his own so you have to deal with him, hey he carries the Housemaster name.
Housemaster do not stand behind there guarantee I was told this by David Plourde the Housemaster inspector.
This inspector says I am negligent cause I signed for the inspection and it relieves him of any responsibilty, if you do sign for the home to be inspected, they will not inspect the property, it this entrapment to get out out of there own negligence because they are inexperienced and lack the knowledge to inspect a house right
And the snotty letters that this Housemaster sends in response to a lawsuit, I will not even recommend Housemasters for any thing.

To date the house has to be bulldozed down because it is falling down any professional home inspector should have noticed bad things, Housemaster has been sued before and in there manual which I did get a copy of, it said DO NOT DWELL ON THE NEGITIVE THINGS OF THE HOUSE, and that the real estate agents are you best clients. So housemasters home inspection passes the home for the realtors and screws the buyer, because the more homes they pass for realtors the more business they take in. This is in the Housemasters manual which I was able to get a copy of telling the inspectors DO NOT DWELL ON NEGITIVES OF HOME. Another things privite heating contractors, plumbers, electricians do not do home inspections, like housemaster passes the buck off, there are to do home inspections, why pay for housemaster to inspect your home if you have to hire these people to inspect, Seems like a rip off to me. Structural engineer says it is a matter of time & the house is going to fall in on me. The house is leaning, it has already cracked windows, pictures show the bowed window sills , the walls are cracking apart and nails are popping out of the wall, ceiling sheet rock is reeady to fall down, a door completely fell out of the door frame onto the ground , other doors can not even be closed due to lop sided frame of home, windows will not open due to being jammed because they are lopsided now as building frame is crashing them & more windows are cracking, blackwater & sewer sludge back up in the kitchen sink. AND Heres the kicker Housemaster is saying a contract which i never seen and for a house in a different town , a red brick ranch house all one level is the same contract for my house which has vinyl siding and a bi level if this is not fraud I dont know what you would call it. Because Housemaster has no signed contract from me at all they fabricate bogus contracts then pass it off as the same contract, and that contract does not even have my signature on it
