houshold finance aka beneficial home loan refinance rip off Made us believe we were getting better terms & over-appraised my home Heath Ohio
They offered a quick loan home loan to consolidate, They over appraised my home to let us qualify. which in turn makes it hard to refinance our 10+% mortgage to a better rate. Every time we try the other lenders say well they got you like they get everyone.
They actually did two loans at the time letting us believe it was one loan. I didnt figure that out untill we recieved two billings. also they told us it was a 20 year loan, but failed to tell us that only if you paid every 2 weeks. Now we are in a 30 year just like we had, plus a 10,000 dollar 2nd mortgage wow did we get screwed.
I wish I could turn back time. Dont believe that they are for families, they are only for themselves and you really suffer.
