Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I bought my Toyota 10 days a ago, and I need to pay close to 2,000.00 to repair it I paid over 5,000.00. When I bought the car is said there were no motor problems. The problems are three motor oil leaks, the front and back O2 sensors, and the catalytic convert need to be replaced. I have all of the documentation to prove it! I bought the extended warranty when I bought the car, and I have not received the confirmation that he even processed it. Nick stated that I needed to wake up and smell the coffee that he was not going to refund and money, he was not going to exchange the lemon for another car, and that he was not going to make any repairs. He stated that he was not going to spend a single cent. If you or anyone else has been ripped off by Clean Cash Cars please e-mail me or call 1-800-622-8682 to file a complaint.

I am sending a request for investigation to the Attorney Generals Consumer Affairs Office. It seems like he opens and closes lots when the heat gets too close. I have already contacted the Lemon Law Department for the City. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am also going to continue my peaceful protest on every website, every chat room, every news group, every youtube-like porthole, every newspaper, every ear that I can find. I will not rest until every fiber of my body is at ease. He has dishonored my husband and my family and that I will never allow. If you have been ripped off e-mail me. If you need any confirmation on what has happed to me I have no problems showing you. I am protesting onsite if you want to join me you are welcome

Thanks

Due to some papers I signed I can not comment more, but he has done the stand up thing and I no longer have any issues with Nick of cleancashcar.com

you can check if Texas has adopted the uniform commercial code which has an implied warranty of merchantability. If Texas HAS adopted this section of the UCC, you likely have a good case for suing them in civil court. I would contact the Texas Bar Association to find a lawyer in your area that specializes in these matters for a free consultation. Good luck.
