Due to a confidently agreement, I can only state that I no longer have any issues with Nick of Cleancashcar.com. He did the stand-up thing and all issues have been resolved. I am greatful. Thank you

you can check if Texas has adopted the uniform commercial code which has an implied warranty of merchantability. If Texas HAS adopted this section of the UCC, you likely have a good case for suing them in civil court. I would contact the Texas Bar Association to find a lawyer in your area that specializes in these matters for a free consultation. Good luck.
