H&R BLOCK - EMERALD CARD SERVICES Intercepted a tax refund Keene New Hampshire
They intercepted this years tax refund for a 5 year old charged off credit card that was in dispute, and that has gone past the statute of limitations for collection and already removed from my credit report. I was under the impression it was illegal for credit cards to offset your IRS tax refund.
