HR-Cream Finesseeye serum Free trail vs free sample Utah
Buyer definitely beware when dealing with any website advertising HR cream or finese eye serum. Get a free trail only pay $4.95. Next thing you know you are charged $4.95 and $88 multiple time from different company names.
Calling the company doesn't help. They will tell you people should know the difference between free trail and free sample. Trail means you enroll in a deal that keeps the product coming monthly. This is not clear on the website and nothing comes with the product to say you have to return it not to be charged.
To make it worse you get one "trail" and two companies start charging. Each company claims not to know the other but says you ordered the product and were charged on this day (same day) of course. Yes there is one $4.95 charge both companies (different 1-800#) claim.
Even my credit card dispute dept was confused after we did a conference call to the company.
So I am out the cash for now and feeling stupid. Last time I fall for a trail or sample of anything.
