The calamity of this dis-organization continues as Ms. Mazzela creates another problem, not only did she pay my Morgtage to June 1, 2005 she did not notify me, and I found out for myself.
To add to the stupidity and, lack of concern for her clients she goes un-supervised until the harm is done to the client and then afterwards she is given supervision to correct the problem.
This is just an example of the way our social service system serves our citizens in the N.Y.C area. The client's are not treated differently for the extent of their disability.
Thereupon, a person who is awaiting a Liver Transplent is treated in the same manner as someone who is hurt on the job and can no longer work.
In addition to that, people are not treated as individuals but on a whole, like a heard of sheap and what is good for one; is good for all. If a person needs a Band Aide, or new liver he or she is treated in the same manner! A joke right?
Client's are made to fit the budget, and not the budget made to fit the client this is the way of social services, or HRA-Human Resources Administration and the American way. Shame isn't it!
I can only wonder if the tables were turned do you think the workers at these fine upstanding organizations would see things in the same light? Or would they react in the same way as the desperate client.
I am HIV+ and am also blessed with Cirrhosis of the liver awaiting a Liver Transplant, do you think for one moment, I like hearing I am on a budget.
I have been given $10.00 in food stamps to buy my groceries and must spend my money wisely after working for better than 25yrs of my life, this is my just reward!

Another brilliant decision by our Human Resorce Administration? This is becoming a habit of there caring and resourcefulness, which is not only unfair; Moreover, in my case but criminal. These brilliant workers that some how managed yo land a city jobs and are mainely all imigrants from outher countries who are harldly able to speak english. This is our social service system, and the American way. Another joke right? Foreigner's are given jobs to to control the American people in their own country. Do I sound angry? Am I predujice? Should I be angry, and hateful? If the person who is reading this report can try to put themselves in my shoes, how do you think you would feel? I have been blessed to be a member in our kind and caring sociey for 51-years, have been healthy and have worked for 25 years half my lifetime. I am a disabeled Vietnam Era Veteran with a %30 disability which awards me a check for $324.00 monthly. Have unfortunately become disabled and diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver and out of the work force at age 51. SSI disability awards me a check for $1,101.00 monthly, this brings my combined income to 1,425.00 monthly which goes to paying a Morgtage bill of $476.95 & Maintenance bill of $543'00 monthly which = $1,019.95. I have a car as a medical necessity and an insurance bill that comes to approximately $400.00 which leaves me with $4.05 to feed my self and pay the remainder of expenses. My food stamps have been cut from 139.00 every 2 weeks to $38.00 monthly. Because they claim I receive too much money! This ignorence and miss-calculation was brainstormed by their most qualified Ms. Mazzela who I belive, and am ashamed to say is of the cacuasian race and American born! Another joke! Mr. Samuel Salmave is their top boss and I can hardly understand his broken english, is in charge of making decisions for the other idiot workers at HRA Queensboro #51. The main problem is an outdated ancient system that should have been updated at least a decade ago, and the system is still being used. Furthemoore, Mr. Samuel Salmave agrees; however, the system is still in use and the workers continue to do their job? This is the fact of the matter and instead of updating the system where distributions of benefits would be fair, all the supposed qualified workers at HRA continue to do their work reguardless of it being criminal and hurting people. I am totally and completely discusted at this ignorence and the idea that people know, and agree that the system is unfair and continue to perform their work be it wright or wrong! This is an abomination of the standards of our society today! This is the USA the richest country on earth and this is how poor debilidated members of our society are treated. This is the United States of America we send millions of dollars overseas; thereto, we can not see to taking care of our own first!
