HRS USA ripoff Wilmington Delaware
I have two separate accounts with HRS USA.
Last month, I contacted a customer service representative about expediting my payments and was told to make them over the phone.
I gave her my account information and my payment was credited accordingly.
After receiving this month's statements, I find that I was assessed to $10.00 service charges for making my payments over the phone. I was NEVER notified nor did I authorize these charges.
HRS USA will not discuss this situation with me. I feel as if they assessed me service charges to which I was completely unaware and did not authorize.
They are a very unfriendly company to do business with.
