Twice since opening our account with BestBuy/HSBC our account has had a 'late payment fee' added to amount owed.

The most recent it was posted one day after the due date.  I spoke with my Bank and was told it was quite obvious that the consumer (me)was being scammed because the payment was sent "electronically" six days before it was due. 

I called customer service and tried to speak with "Kirshna" with no satisfaction and I then asked to speak with his supervisor "Jose" with similar results.  I was told that, "he could only adjust late payment fees once in a fifteen month period". Because it was one day late there was nothing he could do.
