Since my orginal posting in all fairness, to Orchard bank, They have worked with me on solving the over limit fees, i have decided that it is toomuch to fight obver less than 100.00 in faudulent charges, and they did reverse the 2 over limit fees. They did reverse those fees becuase of my excellent pay history and did so nicely, and right away. They alos assured me no more charges will be posted to my account from that particular company. I still take issue with the credit limit increases, as I have stated I have never gone overlimit(until the fraud charges) paid my card off many times and my payments are wired at least 2 weeks in advance. I still think since they have been alerted my credit report is red flagged for identity theft, they should give me the benefit of the doubt, based upon my history of 2 years with them. but, to be fair, they did reverse charges I did not feel I owed and I am grateful they worked with me on that, it ruins my history with them, and I am rebuilding my credit , becuase of the identity theft. So that history is more important to me than anything , I am going to buy a house and would like to use them as a credit reference and I would like the rating I have worked so hard for.

Scott i did read my terms and have COMPLIED with the terms as I stated, There has been no arrest made in my case yet, becuase the person/persons who have comitted this fraud have not yet been caught, I did allthe right things , I notified the police, I notified the bank, I notified my creditors, and just today,by a cutomer service rep for orchard bank , the review your account oievery 6 months based on your payment history. My payment history was excellent, everyone i spoke to agreed with that.I only pointed that out becuase I have lived up to the terms I promised to and they have not, it DOES state in the terms to rebuild your credit they will give you credit increases basedupon your payment history with them, my card is unsecured as well.I can prove by letters from household credit that , that is just not true, i was denied by my credit report which is inaccurate becuase of theidentity theft, i was told by BOTH police departments, there is little they can to to investigate BUT i was to feel free to give out the case numbers to the credit agencys , banks etc.Neither Orchard bank ,or Household credit has ever taken the identity theft into consideration, when they have been informed of my credit reports being in accurate. This person has obtained a state issued ID in my name , she know my ss number address the whole nine yards, I was told by both police departments that the meth epidemic has spawned literally thousands of identity theft cases in oregon and they will do their best to solve it, in the meantime all I can do is what they tell me to do, and I have done that to the letter. I just now found out I have to once a year report to the credit agencies, to keep my credit history red flagged as an identity theft victim. This has caused me serious problems, having someone run around town acting as you is not only terrifying, it has been a credit nightmare.

It is true that your history with Orchard and credit are reviewed every 6 months. It is NOT guaranteed you will receive a credit increase, this is done to see if you are ELIGIBLE for an increase. Also, once your credit starts reaching certain points, your income will also be taken into consideration. Where did the police investigation lead to with your indentity theft case? If your case has been solved, then send the court records to Orchard to clear the dispute. Reread your Terms & Disclosures sheet that was sent with the card, it will explain the entire dispute process.
