Hello anyone! 

My name is Diem and my big mistake sign up the Bestbuy HSBC Reward Zone master card.  This is scam credit card and you are should stay a way, you don't need apply this card unless you want pay $79.99 for the annual fee and late fee and over limit will be add to your account even payment online.  I will post my statement up here so everyone will see true or not.  Here how they are make money from you!  if you apply for the card did not read the APR term you have pay $79.99 for the annual fee then you in the hook.  You will approve and got the card for sure like my.  Then they are approve credit limit only $470.00 even your credit good. why the less amount the risk they are charge over limit cause you will end up over limit some day with small available credit like that.  Then you first statement will see $79.99 post on your account then if you just pay minnimum, then ok for the first month and then 2nd month you are send out payment ontime but next statement you will see the late fee automatic add to your account.  That how they make money from you.  They will put into your account late fee month and skip.  Then I call them close the account.  Right away they are talk really nice low down my Annual fee only $39.99 and then the representative will tell you if you keep account long period the Annual Fee will be drop instead you paid $79.99.  My mistake again keep account open then on December , 2009 I see charge of $79.99 Annual Fee for 2010 on my account.  This time I call them and close my account.  The representative told me again if I send out payment for January 2010 they will reverse back Annual Fee.  Yeah sound good to me so I am wait the next statement date should be January 12, 2010 then guess what no reverse nothing.  So I call customer service again ( Hardly Understand english speaker) and request Annual Fee back because my account close why I still have to pay $79.99.  You know what they said: EVEN THE ACCOUNT CLOSE WE STILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE ANNUAL FEE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO KEEP PRINT OUT STATMENT, WORK ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP SECURITY FOR YOU ACCOUNT..I NEVER HEARD IN MY LIFE ABOUT THIS....IT IS REALLY PISS ME OFF SO FINALLY I SEND TO MY MINNESOTA STATE ATTORNEY FOR THE INVESTIGATION.  THE ANNUAL FEE HELP ME OUT WHEN I REVIEW MY ACCOUNT BACK FEBRUARY 2008, THEY ARE CHARGE LATE FEE EVERY MONTH ON MY ACCOUNT I DON'T EVEN KNOW...THAT HOW SCAM ARE THEY SO ANYONE STAY AWAY THAT MY RECOMENDATION. BELOW MY STATE MONTH THEY ARE TRIED CHARGE LATE FEE EVEN PAYMENT SEND OUT ON THE DUE DATE..
