Ashley sure loves to cruise the bestbuy reports I've noticed! I'm beginning to think this Ashley is probably a BestBuy employee that is trying his/her best to rebuke anything bad about this horrible company. If you want computer parts, find a local computer store like we have here in St.Louis. Their prices BEAT BestBuys by a mile and their return policy is top notch. BestBuy employees WILL lie to you to your face. Me and my wife are dealing with them right now over a week old TV they refuse to take back due to a 5 inch swath of vertical lines in the screen ( but they'll take it back if we do their scamming buy back program and pay them even more money ). They'll be hearing from the BBB and the Missouri At. General real soon!

They sold my debt to this law firm that violated the fair debt collection practices act by making threats they couldn't possibly back up legally. They won't stop until they have your money or sold your debt to an even worse company. I highly suggest you find some free debt/legal advice.

Okay, first of all. You have a contract with the credit card company that dictates how and when you pay. You signed an agreement to this effect. They can move your due date so long as they inform you that they are doing it. You admit to being "not even 2 days late" It doesn't matter how late you are, it just matters that you are late. They can start calling you for their money. As for the computer parts, if I remember correctly warranties are based off of the date of purchase. You need to save your receipts. The warranty period begins from the date you purchased the item. If you do not have your receipt, then the company has to go by when best buy purchased the item. You have no proof when you purchased it without the receipt. As for the manager throwing you out, he can throw you out of his store for whatever reason he wants. Its private property, and if you won't leave then you are trespassing.
