This is an absolute MESS of a Company ! The letting Agent used this Company called RENT4SURE, and it turned out to be anything but rent for sure ! Before they even wrote the report, (we were entering the 3rd week)
The Landlord withdrew from the deal. He could not wait any longer, and let the property via another Agent.
Then the uphill struggle begun of getting my holding deposit back. A total nightmare, and a lot of grief.
Before you part with the so called "holding deposit" ask the Agent which ref. agency they use.
If you hear RENT4SURE, then walk away. The risks are indeed TOO great, and the benefits NIL.
