Do not buy Supreme Garcinia Cambogia from http://supremegarcinia.net/. They claim to be backed by Shark Tank tv show, they are not. Their terms and conditions are supposedly on the checkout process, again they are not - or if they are they are so hidden by a teeny tiny font size that you would never be able to read them anyway.
They tell you it is a free trial for 4.95 for Supreme Carcinia Cambogia - all you have to pay is the shipping. Then upon checkout they add another product for 5.95. And, they end up charging you an additional 1.99 for something else. Then in 14 days from the date you placed your order - they charge an additional 99.95 on your card for the first product and another 99.95 for the second product. So the products that they say were are a free trial are not. None of their spiel about a FREE TRIAL or the prices are true - I am only out about $122.84 for a product that doesn't work anyway only because I went to my bank and got a new debit card with a new number.
When you try to call them to cancel the subscription that they tricked you into signing up for - they hang up on you accidentally. They will tell you they will have a supervisor call you back and they do not. The people will ship you products from Saint Petersburg, Florida. Then when you tell them you want to send them back, they give you two different addresses one in Englewood, Colorado and the other is 7308 S. Alton Way 2A, Centennial, CO 80112. The one time they did call me back the call was coming from Antoich, California. They use all of these locations to elude the law. The phone number they can be reached at is 1-866-915-9351 or 1-925-206-3859 (an incoming only line).
Do not buy from these people! I did call back within their 14 day period and they argued with me over how to count days. Most of their employees do not speak english very well. They try to get you to hang up by leaving you on hold for long periods and if you don't hang up they eventually "accidentally disconnect you". Or, they talk to you in circles and pretend to not understand what you mean or what you are saying.
Even when they tell you that you can return their product for a full refund...You Can't! They will then explain to you that it is not really a FREE Trial, it is a club. They may even tell you that they will give you have of your 99.95 back (but their math calculates this as only 38.00) and you have to cover the cost of shipping - so it is really not even the 38.00. Please do not waste your money or get fooled by this so called "company".
The only thing you can really do to get out of their system and their continual charges is take away any possibility of them being able to charge your card again. Go to your bank asap and get a new debit card or call your credit card company and have them issue you a new card with a new number.
I cannot beleive they have not been investigated and put out of business as of yet - especially with all the files that have been made against them.
If you have been scammer by them Good Luck trying to get your money back!
