I ordered a Michael Kors Skorpios calf hair and leather handbag and received a very poor quality vinyl copy with a broken snap.  In the meantime I have made several attempts via email on their website to return the item.

The following is their return policy:

First and foremost, we want you to be happy. Our top priority is to provide the best possible service, and that is why we want to have the best return policy available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account or resend the item(s) within 10 business days. So if you are not 100% satisfied with our items, you may return them for refund or exchange them for new items under the following conditions:

1. We've sent the wrong item(s) to you: in this case, you can return the products, we will exchange the right ones for free and we will undertake the shipping cost of the return.

2. As the careless packing, your item(s) has/have got a damage over 30% of the total cost: in this case, you have to send us the return and exchange request within 48 hours after you get the package. What's more, you must take photos and offer all details about the damaged packages. We only exchange the products in case of natural calarnity and the damage is over 30% of the total cost.

3. You don't like the item(s) you've got and you would like to exchange: in this case, you also can ask for return and exchange the products within 48 hours, however, you have to undertake all more cost for the new items you want. What's more, we will charge more 25% of the total cost as the re-stock fee for every returned item.

4. Mis-shipped items: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the item and get a full refund or free replacement.

5. Color or Size Errors: If the color or size of the item you received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.(This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

 

How to return/exchange products:

As one of the reason as it shows above, you can ask for return and exchange and you must send e-mail or contact with the Live Help to tell the details first. Then you have to offer more proof as photos and descriptions of the damages. We will check out the problems within 48 hours and we will answer you as soon as we confirm all details. If your return and exchange would be accepted you will have to send back the damaged products to us as the original package. We will resend the item(s) as soon as we get your returned products.

 

What's more, to get the refund, the items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. To get an exchange, the items must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.
