The same thing has happened to me (not getting a response after i payed). Although, before i payed i asked about their policy and how fast they can send me the gold, they told me within 10min. So i told them i payed, then after that they never replied to me. I waited a week trying to contact them daily my live chat and email. No response at all.
I have filed a dispute through paypal (how i payed), and IMMEDIATELY after i filed the dispute, they emailed me saying they have my gold ready.
They got the guy to trade me in game with an amount of gold i didnt pay for (way to much), and they told me to close the dispute before they give me the gold (the gold trader didnt accept). I was weary about it so i called paypal and asked about their policy on disputes, they told me once i close it, that IT CANT be reopened. So i told the live chat that i wouldnt close it until they give me the gold, because once i close the dispute they can easily close the trade and ignore me again, and if the dispute was closed, it cant be reopened. So i told them i will not do that until i get the gold. They even said others have not close the dispute (i dont believe). After all, they finally said that they will give me a refund, which im happy with.
